Price

We aim to keep delivery costs low, so now charge just £.4.99 to all of the United Kingdom, no matter how many items you order

Method

Royal Mail for small packages and courier services for larger orders.

Time

Delivery is usually within 2 days from placing your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays), however please allow up to 5 working days.

Signature

In some cases your parcel might require a signature so if you are not going to be in during the day please provide an alternative delivery address when completing your order.

If a signature cannot be obtained your parcel will be returned to the Post Office collection point or courier company for you to re-arrange the delivery or to collect.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days after the day that you receive your items.

All non-faulty items must be returned in the same (new) unused condition that they were received in.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us unless faulty or damaged.

For faulty or damaged products Easy Yoghurts will replace or refund at no additional cost.
